Evening: Wine and Reels at Conference Center – 6 P.M.
Snacks provided.
Wine is being donated by several ORCA members.
Bring your favorite reel, an unknown reel or a very weird reel

Lunch on Your Own – Guests can sign up for lunch at the Lodge
Morning: Arrival and room trading.

Silent Auction Throughout the Day in Board Room
Displays available for viewing and setup all day in Board Room
9:30 A.M. Colby Sorrells, Certified Fly Casting Instructor, and Dave Carson, Riverkeeper, will be holding a fly casting clinic on outside lawn area.
Afternoon: Fishing Contest with Antique Tackle (1:00 p.m.)
See Henry Caldwell and Jim Schottenham – Sign up at registration. Private stream – no fishing license required. Fly fishing only.
Evening: Wine and Reels at the Board Room – 6 P.M.
Snacks provided. Wine is being donated by several ORCA members.

Afternoon: Seminars at Pavilion (1:30 P.M.)

Lunch on Your Own/Box Lunch
All Day Saturday – Show will be from 8 am until 3 pm.
(Please do not take down prior to the end of the show)
Registration Desk Open – Conference Center
Member setup begins at 8 am.
Show will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until 3 .pm.
Auctions throughout the day – Jim Schottenham
Must be a member of ORCA to be part of the auction
Evening: Visit and Tour Fire Flies
Sunday, June 12
Complimentary Breakfast (8 – 10 A.M..)
Member Departure by 11 A.M.
Additional Information
– Bring Along a Reel or Tackle Item to Donate to the Silent Auction
– Fishing Contest will consist of Fly Fishing Only (Help will be provided)
– We may have some Fire Fly Trips Friday and Saturday Night beginning at about 9 P.M.
– Banquet meal will have to be paid in advance at registration desk.
